Awards in Los Angeles City, held annually every summer and
fall
. Nominations are requested for consideration in six categories:*
AICC Awards and Recognitions
AICC recognizes the many achievements of its members with awards programs that highlight extraordinary accomplishments as well as dedicated service to the profession. The AICC Annual Awards recognize individual achievement as well as outstanding International commercial programs. AICC's Service Awards recognize and celebrate AICC members' dedication to public service and professional management at the local level.
- Business
Consultant Award , presented to a noted consultant or business advocate with a track record of contributing to the advancement of business education.
- Corporate Contribution Award , presented to a high-profile, major corporate leader with a record of contributing to business and services institutions or initiatives.
- Business Leader Award for Philanthropy in the business , presented to an individual with a demonst ratable history giving to one or more major business institutions.
- Cultural Artist Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Arts , celebrates a lifetime of artistic excellence, as well as a commitment to United States, and was established to provide permanent recognition of the extraordinary contributions to the arts by international artist.
- Lifetime Achievement Award, presented to a recognized, established scientist with a history of exemplary technical research invention accomplishment in his or her field.
- Corporate Contribution Membership Award , presented to a high-profile, membership major corporate leader with a record of contributing to business and services institutions or initiatives.
* Not all categories are used each year; however, qualifying candidates will be placed on a roster for future consideration.
Special Recognition Award**
This award is presented to an
entrepreneur, educationalist, scientist
artist, organization or company, or individual who has either displayed exemplary accomplishments in their field or made a significant contribution to
economy
and cultural development in the world, or to a young entrepreneur who can make a compelling argument for the influence of the economy
and cultural in his or her life.

The deadline for submitting nominations for the AICC's Awards has passed. The awards will be presented on Monday, July 17, 2006 and
Monday, October 16, 2006 . If you are unable to join us in Los Angeles, please check back after the celebration to read about the recipients.
